Is the Metaza
an easy machine to use?
Answer:
The Metaza is
a very user-friendly machine to use. It comes with a excellent instruction
manual and a Training DVD .
Question:
Does the
Metaza create and fumes, smell or mess?
Answer:
Absolutely none
whatsoever. The Metaza marks the metal using 'Impact
technology' so it does not create any waste, smells or fumes.
Question:
What products
can I print onto?
Answer:
The Metaza will
print onto most metals, providing they are flat. You can print onto Gold,
Silver, Copper, Platinum, Brass, Aluminium, Iron, Stainless Steel etc.
Question:
How long does it
take to print a product?
Answer:
This varies on
whether it is a text , a photo and it's size. It is probably safe to
say that on average each item will take between 2 minutes - 5 minutes.
This makes it ideal to offer a 'While You Wait' service in a shop, Market
Stall, Shopping Hall etc.
Question:
Can you
provide free training or a demonstration?
Answer:
Yes we can. We
offer free no-obligation demonstrations by prior appointment. We
also offer free training with purchase. However, because the Metaza is
such a simple machine to use, many of our customers are happy to take
deliveries without any demonstration. Don't forget, we offer free on-going
support should that be required at any stage.

any on going support?
Answer:
Absolutely. We are 100% committed to our products and you can be assured
of support by way of on-going technical help and assistance via phone,
email or in person.
