The Metaza Metal Printing System is a computer linked system and takes up small footspace.  It can be ideally operated alongside your PC  at home or office as well as a kiosk or a shopping mall.

No inks or ribbons are used in the printing process (Therefore no on-going costs). Instead, the Metaza incorporates high-speed nine-pin stylus which strikes the marking surface with variable force to accurately reproduce both the delicate gradations and high contrast areas of the original image. Don't worry, it's not noisy - all you will hear is a gentle humming noise.

The Metaza works with desktop and notebook PC's running Windows 98SE, Me/2000/XP and includes easy-to-use design software.

Within minutes of setup, Dr. Metaza2 (software supplied with the Metaza) allows even first-time users to begin editing images and adding text, frames and borders. You can quickly and easily remove backgrounds, rotate artwork, resize or wrap text and adjust image contrast.

Dr. Metaza2 imports data files in JPEG or BMP format and also accepts data from digital cameras and TWAIN_32-compatible scanners.

It could be described as a cross between a engraving machine and a printing machine.

PLEASE NOTE: The images marked by the Metaza machine are subtle. When the pendant or item catches the light, the image becomes visible when viewed from an angle.  The images of finished products shown on the website have been taken by professional photographers using professional photographic equipment so as to capture the image in a still form. Without the use of such equipment, it would be difficult to portray examples of images in brochures or websites due to the subtle nature of the marking produced by the Metaza.

The beauty of the marking produced by the Metaza is very much due to the subtle nature of the 'print' which it helps to create - which, many feel, gives the product a classy and more upmarket appeal.
